Article 1. Applicability
1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, agreements, and use of the website of RISH Luxury Collection.
1.2 By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1.3 Deviations are only valid if confirmed by us in writing.
1.4 All rights and claims mentioned in these Terms & Conditions and any further agreements apply equally to intermediaries and third parties engaged by RISH Luxury Collection.

Article 3. Offers & Agreements
3.1 All offers from RISH Luxury Collection are non-binding. An agreement is only concluded after explicit acceptance by RISH.
3.2 We reserve the right to refuse orders without providing reasons or to apply specific conditions to delivery.
3.3 Offers are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.
Article 4. Prices & Payment
4.1 All prices are in Euros (€). VAT is not charged on second-hand/vintage items. For new collections, VAT is included.
4.2 Import duties and taxes (for orders outside the EU) are the responsibility of the customer.
4.3 Accepted payment methods: iDEAL, PayPal, Credit Card, Bancontact, and Bank Transfer.
4.4 Items remain the property of RISH Luxury Collection until full payment has been received.
4.5 If payment is not received within the indicated term, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Article 5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 We ship worldwide. Shipping costs depend on destination and order value and are shown at checkout.
5.2 All shipments are insured and provided with Track & Trace.
5.3 We aim to ship orders within 1-3 business days after receiving payment. Delivery times depend on location. Indicative delivery times:

EUROPE: 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS

REST OF THE WORLD: UP TO 3 WEEKS
5.4 CUSTOMS DUTIES, IMPORT TAXES, OR ADDITIONAL CHARGES ARE FOR THE BUYER’S ACCOUNT.
5.5 WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DELAYS CAUSED BY THE CARRIER OR CUSTOMS.
5.6 IF A PACKAGE IS LOST DURING SHIPMENT, WE WILL START AN INVESTIGATION. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN OR MISPLACED PACKAGES IF THE SHIPPING ADDRESS MATCHES THE PROVIDED ADDRESS AND TRACKING INDICATES SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY.
