Shipping
All shipments are fully insured and include Track & Trace.
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday through Friday during regular business hours. (excluding. public holidays)
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.
Shipping costs The Netherlands
- Shipping for letterbox packages is €4.95
- Shipping for orders under €50 is €4.95
- Shipping for orders under €750 is €9.95,
- Shipping for orders between €750 – €2000 is €12.95
- Shipping for orders over €2000 is €14.95

Please note: Import duties, taxes or any other costs associated with importing the purchased item are not our responsibility. These costs are for the customer.

Netherlands: 1–2 business days
Orders placed before 14:00 (CET) will be dispatched the same day.
Returns
Return policy and how to return:
- To request a return, please contact us by email at support@rishluxurycollection.com. Kindly include your order number and the email address used at checkout so we may process your request efficiently.
- Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by us. All returns must be shipped fully insured and registered at the customer’s expense.
- Refunds are only granted if the items have not been used or damaged, the return tag remains attached to the product, and the request is submitted within 14 days of receipt.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging. Returns without the original packaging cannot be accepted.
- Items sourced especially for you, as well as personalized products, are strictly non-returnable.
- Our standard refund policy allows for returns within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- Every item is thoroughly inspected prior to shipment. If your item differs from its description or arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period cannot be accepted.
- Items not returned in their original, unused condition in accordance with the above guidelines will not qualify for a refund.
- If your order was placed with a promotional discount, the refund will reflect the amount actually paid.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at checkout.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for card refunds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
